The ten page treatise was presented at the March 2002 conference of the Evangelical Theological Society, the Evangelical Philosophical Society and the Evangelical Missiological Society hosted by the Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee.

The author, Dallas F. Bell Jr., graduated with a degree in political science and was designated as a Distinguished Military Graduate in 1979. His military schools include Airborne, Ranger, Nuclear/Biological and Chemical School, the Infantry and Military Intelligence Officer’s Advanced Courses, among many others. After leaving the U.S. Army, he has written three major works, Deductive Unification, Metamorphoses Principles and Appalachian Exile. He has also developed two flow charts titled The Basic Elements, Factors and Variables of Systematic Political Science and Unified Game Theory: Level 1 Integrated Decision Making Matrix. They are condensed into this paper. Dallas and his wife, Janice, live in a cabin they built in Cosby, Tennessee. He is a member of the National Military Intelligence Association, various research committees of the International Political Science Association IPSA/AISP Association Internationale De Science Politique, the European Social Simulation Association (ESSA), the European Commission's Complex Systems Network of Excellence (EXYSTENCE), and the Association for Political Theory.
